Terms and conditions of lottery

 

1.      Organisation

The lottery is operated by C-Echo Pty Ltd.  All correspondence relating to operation of the lottery should be directed to:

2.      Lottery permit

The lotteries are operated under permit from NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing as a Trade Promotion Lottery of type: Multiple Draws / Single Promotion.

3.      Entry

Entry is by response, at the C-Echo website, to an "invitation to provide customer feedback" and the provision of your contact details.

4.      Prize

There is a single prize of $3,000 for each draw.  The prize is Australian Dollars and will be paid by a crossed cheque to the winning entry.  There are 6000 entries to each draw. Selection of the winning entry is by chance with equal probability to each of hte 6000 entries to each draw.

5.      Winner notification

C-Echo will contact the winner using all contact provided by the winner when they enter the lottery by responding to the "invitaiton to provide customer feedback".

6.      Operation

Clients of C-Echo Pty Ltd distribute "Invitations to provide customer feedback".  The recipients of such invitations are requested to go to website http://www.c-echo.com.au. There, they enter the "CRC reference number" and "CRC unique code" provided on their invitation.  They then provide survey information.  Upon submission of the survey data, the  respondent is entered into the lottery draw with a unique entry number.

When 6000 feedback surveys have been completed, that lottery is closed and a winner selected by a random number generator.

The entrant is provided with a lottery identificaiton code so that they  can track the results oof the lottery in which they are included.

7.      Unclaimed prizes

C-Echo will follow all contact information provided by a draw winner.  If after exhausting all contact information without estabishing contact, the draw will be between the original entrants to that draw, excluding the entry of the previous (uncontactable) winner(s).

6.      Errors

In the event of system errors leading to the number of winners exceeding the prize pool, C-Echo Pty Ltd will be liable for settling all valid claims.

7.      Results publication

Results are published on our website  at http://www.c-echo.com.au: The winner's name, postcode  and lottery identification are published.

Results are published by midnight on the date of the draw.

8.      Detail retention

Records of all lottery draws will be maintained for a minimum of three years.

9.      Elligibility

Directors and employees of C-Echo Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter the lottery.
