How much does the service cost?
Excluding the one off sign-up fee, costs will vary depending upon the customer response rate. For example, with a 60% response rate, the unit response cost will be $1.25. Ongoing costs are controlled by the client with their management of the program.

When and where are lottery results published?
Lottery results are published on the Lottery Results page of this site. They are published within 24 hours of a lottery draw, this period being attributable to C-Echo contacting the winner prior to publishing results.
How long will it take to complete the customer response?
Guidance provided by C-Echo to the Client would suggest a total response time less than 5 minutes.
What happens if I make a mistake in my response?
Once a Customer Response has been submitted, it cannot be changed and there can be no re-entry to the response by anyone. Prior to submitting, you can alter your answers.
Is the lottery controlled by any government regulator?
The lottery is a "Trade Promotion Lottery" operated under license from the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing.
Will you sell my personal information?
Information provided to C-Echo Pty Ltd in the course of its business is used only for the purpose we request it. We comply with a Privacy Statement to ensure our information control complies with privacy legislation.
How do I collect my prize?
Your prize is a cash prize. It will be forwarded as a crossed cheque posted to you within 24 hours of our verifying your contact details after the draw.
Why do I have to give personal details when entering the lottery?
Under lottery licence rules, C-Echo must be able to identify the winner and participants. The name and postcode of the winner will be published on this site. You may respond anonomously without entering the lottery, if you wish.
